RETURN & REFUND

All of our products for sale on www.5-0.com are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If there is a manufacturing defect, 5-0 boardshop will take care of following up on complaints with the manufacturer during the warranty period.


 Warranties are approved only by the manufacturers and not by 5-0 boardshop.


 

Unused products can be returned or exchanged for a period of 7 days from the date of receipt, except for the exceptions mentioned below. The product(s) must be returned to us in secure and appropriate packaging and with the original labels or boxes. Beyond this period, any return request will be refused.

Except in the case of an error on the merchandise, the customer is always responsible for return shipping costs and delivery charges are not refundable.


Sale products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will not accept any product that has been worn, washed and/or damaged. BEFORE returning a product you MUST complete the returns form and obtain a returns number (RA#) or valid authorization. Any product returned without a return authorization number (RA#) will be automatically returned to the sender at their expense.
